Bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics and pathogens that spread from animals to humans pose major problems for medicine. To effectively fight them, researchers from various fields need to work hand in hand. Scientists at UZH are investigating the spread of resistant bacteria, potential risks of zoonotic germs, and new antibiotic agents.
